Indications
Traditionally used for the treatment of feverish flu-like colds.
Warnings
This medicinal product contains ethanol. The intake of larger amounts of this medicinal preparation may cause acute ethanol intoxication, in particular in small children. Since this is a lifethreatening condition, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
This is a pharmaceutical product: Keep it out of sight and reach of children!
DosageAdults: Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take 10 drops at hourly intervals until improvement occurs, up to a maximum of 6 times a day. Following this, continue to take 10 drops 1-3 times a day
Children: Unless otherwise prescribed, children should not receive more than half of the adult dose.
Take the Nisylen® half an hour before or after meals, and preferably keep them in your mouth for a while before swallowing. As soon as an improvement is felt, reduce frequency of use.
Prophylaxis against influenza: unless otherwise prescribed, adult take 20 to 30 drops in 1/2 oz. of water, and childern 5 to 10 drops in 1/2 oz. of water, three times a day.
